Bill Pickett, B.Eng (Hons), MBA
Bill was appointed to the Board in April 2007. Bill has over 35 years work experience covering a wide variety of management and consulting roles including ACI, PA Consulting, Vipac Engineers and Scientists Ltd, D.M.L. & Associates and Laney Pickett Thomas. Bill currently works with small to medium size organisations to develop and implement market driven business strategies. He also holds appointments as a non executive board member of a construction and project management company, a Director of a not-for-profit provider of community services and a Board advisor to three other privately owned businesses.
Managing Director
Lea Zerbes, Grad Dip Info Sci, MBA
A co-founder of Wealth Within with partner Dale Gillham, Lea has over 24 years of medium and high level management experience in both the private and public sectors including banking, financial services, public service, defence and telecommunications. Upon leaving the Department of Defence, Lea spent time consulting to some of Australia's largest companies including ANZ and Telstra in high level strategic roles. Since July 2002, she has performed the role of Managing Director of Wealth Within.
Executive Director
Dale Gillham, Dip ST&I, Ad Dip ST&I
Dale has over 27 years experience in various sectors of the investment industry, including banking, financial planning, share market education and professional trading and he currently performs the role of Chief Analyst within Wealth Within. An excellent motivator, teacher and a technically competent analyst, Dale is in his element when supporting others to achieve their financial goals. Dale is highly sought after for his share market commentary to many major newspapers and magazines including The Australian, The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Age, The West Australian News and The Australian Financial Review.
Non-Executive Director
Craig Dunstan, B. Comm, LLB, MBA, FFin
Craig Dunstan has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry in Australia, Asia and United States with a focus on investment management. He was the founder of real estate manager MacarthurCook Limited and also established Australian Unity Funds Management Limited and National Mutual subsidiary ACC Fund Management Limited.
Mr Dunstan has developed and managed a range of leading investment funds including Australian Unity Healthcare Property Trust, RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund, and MacarthurCook Industrial REIT.
Mr Dunstan was previously a Board Member of the Asian Public Real Estate Association and is currently an executive director of corporate advisory firm D H Flinders Limited and investment manager Vasco Investment Managers Limited and a non-executive director of Wealth Within group and a non-executive director and member of the investment committee of Australian Scholarship Group Friendly Society Limited.

Eric Marchesani, Dip in Systems Technology (IT)
Eric has over 10 years experience working in the Vocational Education Sector (VET) having owned and managed a number of Registered Training Organisations. He has an extensive background in the training industry and is considered by many to be an expert in the industry. Eric is the Managing Director of Softnet Technologies, which offers support, advice and auditing services to the VET industry.
