Beware suckers rally

A POSITIVE performance by the share market suggests it will keep rising in the next few weeks, Wealth Within chief analyst Dale Gillham says.
But Mr Gillham said caution still needed to be exercised as the latest rise in the All Ordinaries index might be only "a sucker's rally".
"It is still too early to confirm that the low of 4829 points on August 5 is the long-term low I have been expecting, but if it is then get ready for a 12 to 18-month bull market," he said.
