A trader’s mindset or a trader’s psychology, as it is otherwise known, is one of the most critical elements to success in trading the stock market. Unfortunately, when making trading decisions, most traders experience indecision before placing a trade in the stock market while others feel buyer’s remorse after they purchase a stock for fear of losing money.
All too often, we hear about people trading the stock market without a proper trading strategy or with trading rules when deciding what stocks to buy and sell. But this only increases your risk in the stock market because trading is 80% psychology and 20% technical analysis. In fact, the higher the risk you take, the more critical it is to have proper trading strategy to ensure your success.
While making trading decisions to buy or sell stocks may seem hard, in tonight’s show, Dale and Janine will share some simple tips to support you in managing your trading psychology when you do decide to pull the trigger to ensure you have a winning trader’s mindset.
